Quality Torrance Sunrooms & Patios started in 2017 with a straightforward idea - homeowners in the South Bay deserve a sunroom contractor who actually knows the neighborhood. Most of Torrance was built in the 1950s and 1960s, and those mid-century homes have their own characteristics: post-war slab foundations, older electrical panels, and walls that do not always match modern framing standards. We built our business around understanding those homes, not treating every job like a generic house call.
We are based in Torrance and we work here, in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gardena, Carson, and the surrounding South Bay communities. That means we know the local permit process, the HOA review boards, and the coastal conditions that affect which materials hold up over time. The salt air and morning marine layer that roll in off the Pacific are hard on building materials - we specify framing and sealants rated for exactly that environment.
Since 2017, we have completed sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and custom sunroom projects across 16 service types and 12 communities. Every project gets a building permit, a city inspection, and a final walkthrough with the homeowner before we consider the job done.
Every project we build goes through the City of Torrance permitting process. You get a fully legal, inspected room that is on record when you sell or refinance.
Most homes in Torrance were built in the 1950s and 1960s. We understand what is behind those walls and how to attach a new room the right way the first time.
When you reach out, someone from our office will contact you within one business day to schedule a free on-site estimate. No waiting, no runaround.
If something is not right after the job is done, we come back and make it right. Our reputation in this community matters more than any single project.
State-licensed and fully insured sunroom contractor operating under California contractor licensing requirements. Every project meets current California building standards.
We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on every job. Your property is protected if anything unexpected happens during the project.
We have been building sunrooms and patio enclosures for South Bay homeowners since 2017. A local reputation built one project at a time.
All work is performed by licensed tradespeople and pulled under the appropriate permits with the City of Torrance Building and Safety Division. Ask to see credentials before any work begins - a legitimate contractor will have no problem providing them.
We serve Torrance and 11 surrounding South Bay communities. If you are in any of these areas, we can schedule a free on-site estimate.
